Since 2008, Staump Music School has helped thousands of students Play. Sing. Thrive. We’re a family-owned, community-driven school in East County San Diego with modern classrooms, a supportive team, and our own recording facility, Staump Studios.
Our mission is simple: go Beyond the Notes — building confidence, creativity, and character through music.
Our admin team manages scheduling, billing, and parent communication. Show up and do what you do best: teach.
If a student misses a lesson, you still get paid. No makeups or reschedules to chase down.

Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States, experience with music, and able to pass a background check prior to employment. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude are a must.
